Shuttle Driver (Full-Time)


We are looking for an enthusiastic Shuttle Driver to join our Auto West BMW Service team. Reporting to our Service Manager, the Shuttle Driver will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our customers, while meeting BMW mobility service demands, and working with our service team to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies the Auto West Group. In addition, the Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting customers to and from their required destination, picking up customer vehicles, and dropping off mobility vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing safe and timely alternate transportation.
• Ensure that the interior and exterior of shuttle is properly maintained and fueled on an ongoing basis.
• Assisting with other duties as required.

Main Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
• Computer Skills – basic knowledge and operation.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail.
• Candidates may be asked to complete a driving test prior to employment.
