Automotive Sales Consultant, Auto West BMW

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Auto West BMW sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients and working with us to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies the Auto West Group.


• Selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Actively promoting and developing new business.
• Actively maintaining current customer and referral network.
• Ensuring all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Achieving unit sales targets as determined by management for new and pre-owned vehicles and related products and services.
• Utilizing the CRM management system to ensure customer follow-up is completed.
• Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of our new and pre-owned inventory.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout all aspects of the selling and delivery process.
• Demonstrating a high commitment to achieving high CSI results to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Other duties as required.

To succeed in this position, you will possess:

• Minimum two (2) years of luxury automotive sales experience.
• A proven track record of success in your current sales field.
• A dynamic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong community networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The desire to develop a long-term sales career with a great company.
• The ability to balance a team environment with professional self-motivation.
• The desire to be professional and act with integrity in all business practices.
• Exceptional CRM skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging, polished, and professional attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (verbally and in writing) is preferred.

Other requirements:

• Valid BC driver's license.
• Valid VSA certification.
• Manual transmission experience.
• Potential candidates will be asked to provide a driving abstract for review.
